SnapManager® for Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007 Helps Customers Dramatically Increase Productivity and Availability for Global Collaboration

Network Appliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) today added SnapManager for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 to its suite of application data management solutions. SnapManager suite provides customers with enterprise-class backup, recovery, deployment, and management to help them dramatically reduce costs associated with storage and data management. NetApp is providing Office SharePoint Server 2007 customers with a cost-effective data management foundation and robust backup and recovery capabilities for resilient and scalable storage.

NetApp Global Services (NGS) will offer professional and support services that complement these software offerings to help customers rapidly design and implement Office SharePoint Server environments enabled by NetApp.

NetApp SnapManager for Office SharePoint Server supports Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS) for high availability and Microsoft Multipath Input/Output (I/O) for resiliency in FC and IP SAN environments.
