Secova eServices appoints K.S.Ramachandran as the Chief Financial Officer

Chennai, India, July 12, 2007- Secova eServices, a Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) firm, based in Chennai and the US, today announced the appointment of Mr. K.S. Ramachandran as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Ramachandran brings with him over twenty five years of senior level corporate financial experience across manufacturing, trading and IT industries in India and abroad.

Mr. Ramachandran will be based in Chennai. His previous assignment was as the General Manager (Finance & Accounts) of Covansys India, a globally reputed multinational software company. Mr. Ramachandran was actively involved in meeting the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements for Covansys. He was also involved in the implementation of various modules of SAP over the past few years in Covansys. Prior to Covansys India, he has worked in various manufacturing companies in India and abroad.

Mr. Ramachandran is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant from India with over twenty five years of financial experience in Indian and foreign companies.
