Nouveau Riche University Makes an Appearance in Ft. Lauderdale: Should the Real Estate Gurus be Worried?

The 2-Day Intensive in Ft. Lauderdale is a chance for participants to experience NRU’s unique methods firsthand.

On August 3 and 4 Nouveau Riche University (NRU) comes to Ft. Lauderdale not to teach the tricks of the trade of real estate investing, but rather the trade.

At the Westin Fort Lauderdale Hotel, an expected crowd of over 200 novices to seasoned real estate investors from around Florida will be gathering for a 2-Day Intensive taught by Nouveau Riche University (NRU) instructors and faculty members.

NRU, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is a real estate investment education company. Its pledge is, “We don’t just teach real-estate-investing … we create Real Estate Investors.”

NRU realized there was a gap in people’s knowledge of what it really took to be a successful real estate investor. Close to 95% of people who attended real estate seminars never purchased real estate.

One of the ways that makes NRU unique to the hundreds of other real estate boot camps, workshops and late night infomercials taught by the ‘Gurus’ is a process called Instructional System Design (ISD).

ISD is renowned as the taxonomy that accelerates learning and maximizes retention, used by major universities throughout the country. All students who attend NRU are brought through this process using assessment tools throughout their coursework to insure they’re retaining and implementing the information.

For those students who are not able to attend the University in Scottsdale, almost 1/2 of the 30-plus strategies are now available online, with more being added regularly.

Every instructor at the University has to be successful and active in the very strategy that he or she teaches. NRU wants to insure its students are learning from true practitioners who are knowledgeable and have real-world experience.

During this 2-Day Intensive in Ft. Lauderdale NRU instructors will be sharing aspects of its proprietary system. Participants will learn how to find, fund, fix, manage and tenant properties.

Chris Albin, who brings a wealth of instructional and analytical real estate investing skills to the NRU Community. He has taught more than 50 3-day trainings focused primarily on probate real estate investing strategies and instructed advanced training classes focused on rehabbing and commercial real estate investing, as well as Web-based classes on commercial real estate investing. He states, “My two passions outside my church and family are teaching and real estate investing strategy. I have purchased over 200 properties on a teacher’s salary, and I have used multiple strategies in doing so.”

Del Hargis, who is committed to assisting people in discovering the many financial benefits of self-directing their retirement plans.
