Congruent promotes Lucas Soucy as Director-Retirement Services

Chennai, July 18, 2007: Congruent Solutions, an SEI CMMi Level 5 software development company and provider of business support services (BSS) to the Pension Plan Administration space, today announced the promotion of Lucas Soucy as Director – Retirement Services.

Lucas Soucy brings with him over 9 years of rich experience in the retirement services industry. In his previous assignment, he held the position of Director of Operations at GoldK Retirement Services. At Congruent, he has been a key member in establishing the BSS division and in training the team on different Administration Processes.

Lucas has the mandate to further lead, build and manage the Retirement Services team which services both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefits plans for the Plan Providers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). He will oversee the entire Retirement Services Division in the U.S. which includes managing the relationships of existing clients, cultivating new relationships and managing the transition of new clients to our offshore delivery platform. He would work closely with the offshore delivery team to make sure the client receives quality services and prompt attention.

On his responsibility at Congruent Solutions, Lucas Soucy said, “Offshore outsourcing in the Pension Plan Administration space is in a nascent stage. It is an exciting time to be at Congruent. We are learning and setting standards that will ensure excellence in delivery capabilities. ”
