TSX Group Inc. declares dividend of $0.38 per common share

TORONTO – The Board of Directors of TSX Group Inc. [TSX:X] today declared a dividend of $0.38 on each common share outstanding, payable on May 31, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2007.

TSX Group hereby advises that this dividend is an “eligible dividend” in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency release dated December 20, 2006.
