Mumbai – July 28, 2007: Arshhiya Technologies International Ltd., an integrated supply chain management company with global presence, has announced its Consolidated Revenues of Rs. 7829.42 lacs and consolidated Net Profit of Rs. 687.84 lacs for its first fiscal Quarter ended June 2007. “The Q1 results have exceeded marginally as per the planned growth and this was possible due to team effort” remarked Mr. Ajay S. Mittal, Managing Director, Arshhiya Technologies International Ltd.

Highlights of Q1 ended June 2007

* Q1 2007 Consolidated Revenue of Rs. 7829.42 lacs
o Logistics sector Rs.7222.46 lacs
o Others Rs. 606.96 lacs
* Q1 2007 Consolidated Profit After Tax Rs. 687.85 lacs
o Logistics sector Rs.524.43
o Others Rs. 163.42
* Gross Margins were down from 19.55% to 18.30 % on account of impact of the Foreign Exchange.
* Net Operating Margins have increased by 21.54 % to Rs.828.72 lacs
* Effective annual salary increment was about 12 %
* Number of clients added 23
