Stephen Hynes Promoted to EVP, Client Relations at MRO
MRO Corporation, the market leader of in-house, Release of Information (ROI) technology for healthcare providers, announced the appointment of Stephen Hynes as executive vice president of client relations. Hynes, who is a co-founder of MRO, previously served as the company’s vice president of sales and marketing.
In his new post, Hynes assumes management responsibility across all areas of client involvement, including: sales and marketing, account management, directing staffed site personnel, and call center operations. His experience in the health data management industry has helped MRO to become one of the leading providers of in-house, release of information solutions.
“Steve’s industry knowledge, dedication and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in developing MRO’s unique ROI delivery methodology,” said Jerry Baker, president and CEO of MRO. “His tireless efforts to promote our products and services with the highest level of integrity and professionalism are respected not only within our company but across the industry.”
Before his career with MRO, Hynes was vice president of hospital sales at Smart Corporation. Hynes has also worked in a sales capacity for other service and technology companies, including Paychex and Paging Network of Philadelphia. He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 1990 after serving in the U.S. Army.
Other recent personnel changes to MRO’s executive management team include Baker’s promotion to president and CEO, and the addition of former CEO, Dan Heist to the company’s board of directors as chairman.
