Synesi, Inc. Announces Company Name Change

Synesi, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SYNS) management today announced it will change the Company’s name from Synesi, Inc. to Carefree Elite, Inc. Management noted that the main reason for the name change is for branding and awareness purposes in order to enhance the visibility of the Carefree Elite name and co-brand it with the Carefree group of partner companies.

Upon the name change, the Company will make application for a new trading symbol from NASDAQ as well as a new Cusip number. The effective date of the name change, and the receipt of the new symbol from NASDAQ will be publicly released as determined.
