Infinity CCS Helps Customer to Award Shortlist
Birmingham – 28 August 2007: Teleperformance Italia, the Italian arm of the contact centre solutions company, Teleperformance Group, has been short-listed for both the ‘Best Virtual Contact Centre’ and for the ‘European Call Centre of the Year’ in the CCF European Call Centre Awards, for a solution based around software from .Infinity Contact Centre Software (CCS).
“What a great start to our new venture!” said Carl Adkins, Managing Director of the newly formed Infinity CCS. “We provided the technology that allows two traditional, room based contact centres, various outsourced operations and homeshoring to operate within the same application. I can’t think of a better fillip for everyone in both companies – other than winning, of course.”
Infinity CCS was founded in June 2007 following the management buyout of a company formed in 1996. Its software delivers proven, modular contact centre software designed to make call handing and performance management simple for agent and manager alike.
Based primarily in Rome, with a second centre in Taranto, the Teleperformance Italia contact centre is one of the largest in Italy. It offers outsourced inbound and outbound contact campaigns for a number of industries, including telecoms, financial services, insurance, media and distribution.
“We have really worked hard to ensure that our ‘homeshoring’ project is successful, and the results have been phenomenal. Our staff attrition has dropped, and our sales performance has improved. All round we have happier staff and customers, and the technology has been a primary enabler,” said Enrico Quercellini, Sales and Marketing Director, Teleperformance Italia.
The teams at Teleperformance Italia and at Infinity CCS will discover whether they have taken ‘top gong’ at an award ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Wednesday 26 September 2007.
