TM Lewin Plans Expansion with Prologic
£1.68 million contract awarded following extensive consultancy
Berkhamsted, Herts 4th September-, 2007¾Prologic, the business solutions provider for fashion and lifestyle, today announced a contract win with TM Lewin with an initial value of £1.68 million. The shirt retailer has selected Prologic’s CIMS enterprise software to assist it in achieving ambitious expansion plans and follows a thorough consultancy project last year.
TM Lewin, currently operating over 50 stores throughout the UK, plans to open a significant number of new stores over the next three years and expand overseas. The implementation project will take place over three phases over the next 18 months following an intense definition stage which involved documenting all existing business processes and the processes that will be adopted using CIMS. As well as growing stores, TM Lewin anticipates using Prologic to expand its online sales and use diverse channels to reach the market through wholesaling and franchising.
Commenting on the award of the contract, Mike Trotman, Finance Director of TM Lewin said: “We are confident that this integrated system will give us complete control of our business and will support our dynamic growth in the future. Prologic has a good record of supporting fast growth retail companies and can supply the IT infrastructure on a scale that is appropriate to TM Lewin’s current and future needs”.
“I am particularly pleased to announce this contract win as it demonstrates the success of our consultancy led approach, which leverages our business skills into fashion and lifestyle retailers at an early stage. This strategy provides real value for a potential client enabling them to secure expert advice from fashion industry specialists before making any system commitments. Within the fashion and lifestyle sector, Prologic continues to consolidate its position as the business systems supplier of choice,” explains Sam Jackson, Managing Director of Prologic.
