Convergys Appoints Sukant Srivastava Country Manager for its Customer Care Operations in India
(New Delhi, September 6, 2007) – Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services, announces the appointment of Sukant Srivastava as Managing Director and Country Manager for Convergys’ customer care operations in India, effective immediately.
In this position, Srivastava is responsible for overseeing the operations of Convergys’ eight contact centers and nearly 11,000 customer care employees in India. Srivastava reports to Clint Streit, President of Convergys’ Customer Care business, and is located in New Delhi.

Prior to joining Convergys, Srivastava served in a variety of global leadership roles with Keane, Inc. His most recent assignment was as Managing Director for Keane’s Indian operations. In this position he served as a transformation agent for enterprise-wide change initiatives, including a shift to a globally integrated business model. Previously, Srivastava was Vice President of Global Services Integration for Keane. Before joining Keane, Inc. in 2002, he held senior leadership roles with SignalTree Solutions and PSINet Global Solutions. He started his professional career at Tata Steel, India, as a Graduate Trainee in 1985 and held various positions within their MIS department through 1995.
Srivastava holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology in Ranchi, India.
