Latin Television Inc. (Formerly Stratus Entertainment Inc.) Changes Trading Symbol to OTCBB:LTVS

Latin Television Inc. (OTCBB:LTVS)(FWB:CZ3A)(GER:CZ3A)(BCN:CZ3A) recently changed its name from Stratus Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:SRTU) to Latin Television Inc., and has been trading under the old symbol, SRTU, until now.

Commencing Monday, September 10, 2007, Latin Television Inc. will begin officially trading under its under symbol OTCBB: LTVS, with its newly assigned CUSIP number of 51828V 104.

On August 14, 2007, Stratus Entertainment acquired all of the assets of The League Magazine relating to its broadcasting events into the Hispanic community.

The assets included all of the broadcasting equipment, programming and content library, contracts, as well as the name Latin Television Inc. and all related trade names and trademarks.

Stratus immediately changed its name to Latin Television Inc. and has continued broadcasting to the Spanish community while taking advantage of the momentum created by the previous operating entity.

Latin Television Inc. has developed a new model for broadcasting to the Hispanic community which it intends to follow and expand in its new enterprise.
