Exhibitors and Speakers to Address Innovations in Security, Mobile Data, Wireless Voice, Productivity Tools, Wireless Administration and More
CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2007
CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2007® will feature exhibitors and educational sessions focused on products, services and issues facing IT professionals as they work to implement and build wireless data solutions for the enterprise. CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment takes place October 23-25 in San Francisco at the Moscone Center, South Hall.
On the show floor, exhibitors representing the entire mobile ecosystem of carriers, content developers, device manufacturers and technology enablers will showcase the latest products and services for the enterprise. Trends in bandwidth development from WiFi to WiMAX; accessibility from GPS to LBS; and mobile data and communications are just a few of the innovations that will be uncovered at CTIA.
“CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment is a great show because it gives you a chance to see both the business and consumer sides of the industry in a venue that is manageable logistically,” said Avi Greengart, principal analyst for mobile devices at research firm Current Analysis.
Returning to the IT show this year are a number of pavilions showcasing vendors in the wireless enterprise space. These pavilions include:
Enterprise Mobility – Featuring wireless innovators and enterprise solution providers. A focus on smartphone technologies includes the latest in operating systems, carrier offerings, devices, content, accessories and more. Participants include: Symbian, Bluefire Security Technologies, Trust Digital, i-mate, GeoMicro, Inc., AskMeNow, Inc., Clickatell, Mobile Data Now, AuthenTec, Inc., and NetProSys, Inc.
Developer’s Pavilion – Get a glimpse of new wireless data and voice applications from mobile software developers, location-based software, messaging and more. Participants include: Smaato Inc., Impetus Technologies, Inc., KT-Tech, Incorporated, Chalk, BLStream Oy, Websnapme, FusionOne and XIM, Inc.
M2M – Wireless machine-to-machine services and products will be on display, including wireless remote control and monitoring of fixed and mobile devices for enterprise and consumer markets. Participants include: Kyocera Wireless Corporation, Aeris, Jasper Wireless, Wavecom, Inc., RACO Industries, Inc., InnoPath Software, KORE Telematics, Siemens Wireless Modules, Wyless, Motorola – M2M Wireless Modules, LLeida Networks Serveis Telematics, S.L, Telit Wireless Solutions, Sierra Wireless, Janus Remote Communications, T-Mobile and Numerex.
