REBNY to Unveil New Web Portal for New York City Homebuyers

Demonstration of ResidentialNYC.com to be Conducted for the Media

The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) will unveil and demonstrate for the media its new, first-of-its-kind Web portal – ResidentialNYC.com – designed to help homebuyers find exclusive home listings and other information. The free service will launch and become accessible to the public free of charge on September 28. REBNY President Steven Spinola will conduct the demonstration on Thursday, September 27th at 11 a.m. at REBNY’s Mendik Education Center, basement level of 570 Lexington Avenue between 51st and 52nd Streets. Residential Committee Co-Chairs Diane Ramirez of Halstead Properties and Frederick Peters of Warburg Realty Partnership, and Committee Member John Wollberg of ATCO Residential Group will also address the media.

ResidentialNYC.com is the first site to offer a comprehensive collection of exclusive REBNY member home listings for both sales and rentals. Mr. Spinola will demonstrate the site’s home search capabilities, as well as the wealth of information homebuyers can access from the site. Media Coverage Invited.
