ArcSoft Demonstrates High Definition Solutions at CEATEC Japan

Software on Display with Blu-ray Disc Association and HD DVD Promotion Group

ArcSoft, Inc is demonstrating ArcSoft Digital Theatre™ and ArcSoft TotalMedia™ Extreme this week at CEATEC Japan 2007 in cooperation with Jungle, Japan’s leading retail software developer and publisher. Digital Theatre is a software application for high definition video playback. TotalMedia Extreme is a software suite which includes Digital Theatre, as well as several other applications for capturing, editing, and authoring high definition video content. Both programs are currently published in Japan through Jungle, and include support for Blu-ray discs, HD DVDs, DVDs, and a variety of high definition multimedia files. In updated versions announced this week, the programs now also support playback of content from AVCHDs. The applications are being demonstrated at the Blu-ray Disc Association booth and at the HD DVD Promotion Group booth.
