Satyam to announce Second Quarter Results on October 23, 2007

Hyderabad (India), October 09, 2007: Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), the leading global consulting and information technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its second quarter ended September 30th, 2007, on the morning of October 23, 2007 (IST).

The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s founder and Chairman
B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, Member of the Board & President, Commercial and Healthcare businesses, and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance of the quarter.
