New Delhi , November 23, 2005 – VIA Technologies, leading chipset manufacturer and solution provider for Personal computers (PC) has introduced its latest Chipset VIA K8T800 to various PC motherboard manufacturer partners worldwide.

The new high performance chipset has been designed for the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Athlon processors based PC motherboard platforms.They have been tailored for the PC enthusiast market.

Integrating VIA’s proprietary RapidFire™ technology that incorporates a number of PCI Express enhancements, the VIA K8T900 offers exceptional performance across the board, while also featuring industry leading low power consumption. With the Flex Express™ architecture the VIA K8T900 supports advanced connectivity options .
