Net profit stands at Rs. 47.62 Cr for financial year ended September 2007(18 months)

Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd., one of India’s leading enterprise communication solutions company, has announced its results for FY 06-07 (18 months). The Company has recorded Gross Sales/Income of Rs.847.78 Cr and net profit of Rs.47.62 Cr. The profit before tax (PBT) reported for the FY06-07 (18 months), stands at Rs 73.93 Cr

The Company has recorded Consolidated Gross Sales/Income of Rs 924.71 Cr and net profit of Rs.42.76 Cr for FY06-07 (18 months). The Consolidated profit before tax (PBT) stands at Rs.69.07 Cr

The Company has changed its financial year from April – March to October – September with effect from the current year. Accordingly, the current year’s financial statements are for eighteen months period from April 01, 2006 to September 30, 2007. As a result, previous year’s figures are not comparable with that of current period

- The company has recorded Gross Sales/Income of Rs. 924.71 Cr. and a net profit of Rs.42.76 Cr.
