Mumbai, November 27, 2007: Ugam International the UK subsidiary for Mumbai headquartered Research and Analytics leader, Ugam solutions, has been open for business since September 2007. A fully functional team is now in place and the London based center with a primary mandate of focusing on B2B multi country research has now established its center of excellence for training and for managing data collection teams globally.

Ugam International has deployed the SPSS Dimensions – mrInterview platform to enable CATI teams from Mumbai and London to work simultaneously on projects from both locations. The web-based platform will also allow the operations to scale in volume and to other geographies as required. The UI team will additionally have a capability to field surveys on the Quancept platform. The London interviewing centre will largely focus on non-English surveys among hard-to-reach respondent types, while the Indian team will continue to conduct both consumer and B2B interviewing in English speaking countries around the world.
