New Delhi – December 11, 2007 – Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH), a leading provider of global IT and business process outsourcing services, announced today that it is engaged in a multi-year relationship with the California State Automobile Association (CSAA) as a key strategic IT partner to provide a full suite of IT services including business consulting, specialized software and service implementation (fully tested and maintained) and support services. These services are delivered seamlessly from multiple locations- including client locations in San Francisco, CA and Glendale, AZ.

Cognizant has played a key role in many of CSAA’s technology transformation programs including membership, policy management, internet sales channel, payment and vacation systems. Cognizant also delivered consulting work for legacy application portfolio analysis, claims system review and recommendations, process improvement and change management for software development lifecycle. Cognizant’s contributions have provided significant value and benefits to CSAA.
