Seagate Recognizes Employees For Contributing To Environmental, Health And Safety

More than 100 employees of Penang Seagate Industries (M) Sdn Bhd were feted at a dinner to reward them for their commitment in maintaining consistently high environmental health and safety (EH&S) standards in their workplace.

Also present at the EH&S appreciation dinner were officers from the Penang Municipal Council, State Traffic Police, Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Road Safety Council, and Fire and Rescue Department.

“This night of appreciation is Seagate’s way of showing gratitude to our EH&S teams and other employees who help ensure our factory’s 3,000 employees have a safe work environment,” said John Marshall, Penang Seagate’s vice president. “The existence of these teams reflects Seagate’s ongoing commitment to the well-being of our employees and preserving the environment.”
