Avaya GlobalConnect reports first quarter results

Net profit stands at Rs. 6.86 Crores for quarter ended 31st December 2007

Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd., one of India’s leading Intelligent Communications solutions provider, has announced its quarter results for quarter ended 31st December 2007. The company has recorded Gross Sales/Income of Rs. 139.38 Cr and a net profit of Rs.6.86 Cr as compared to the Gross Sales/Income of Rs. 140.38 Cr and a net profit of Rs.9.91 Cr, in corresponding previous period. The profit before tax (PBT) reported for quarter ended Dec-07 stands at Rs 11.01 Cr as compared to the profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 14.40 Cr for the corresponding previous period.

The Company has recorded Consolidated Gross Sales/Income of Rs. 158.39 Cr and Consolidated net profit of Rs. 6.86 Cr for quarter ended Dec-07. The Consolidated profit before tax (PBT) stands at Rs. 11.01 Cr.

- The profit before tax (PBT) reported for this quarter stands at Rs. 11.01 Cr and the net profit for the same period is Rs. 6.86 Cr.
