The Early Bird Catches the Best Fare
Despite record high fuel prices, Spirit Airlines remains committed to offering low fares to its extensive network of destinations throughout the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. Passengers will continue to benefit from Spirit’s ultra low unbundled fares with the introduction of the airline’s new Early Bird Fares structure available in most markets.
“We are as committed as ever to low fares,” said Spirit’s Chief Marketing Officer Barry Biffle. “Spirit’s new Early Bird Fares are yet another way that we are continuing to cater to our customers’ needs and keeping fares well below what you might expect to pay.” According to U.S. DOT statistics, Spirit’s fares from South Florida averaged more than 30 percent less than other carriers averaged last year.
Offering the greatest savings midweek during value seasons, Spirit’s Early Bird Fares allow customers to save the most by planning ahead.
Coupled with Spirit’s recently announced revised baggage policy, which allows customers to avoid the increased price of fuel by packing lighter, this new fare structure gives passengers even more ways to save. “Planning ahead and packing lighter helps keep your fares low,” adds Biffle.
