Raritan Appoints Sanjay Motwani as Country Manager-India

Sanjay Motwani, with an extensive experience in IT and telecom, to drive Raritan’s operations in India –
GURGAON, January 13, 2006 — Raritan, a leading provider of solutions for managing IT infrastructure announced that it has appointed Mr. Sanjay Motwani as the Country Manager for its India operations. Mr. Motwani brings more than 18 years of experience from the IT and Telecom sector and will be responsible for Raritan India’s operations.

Mr. Motwani will further strengthen Raritan’s distribution and channel structure in the country through the continued recruitment of new partners — including those with vertical specialization and system integrators.

Sanjay Motwani has an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Delhi University. In his professional responsibilities prior to joining Raritan India, Motwani has been part of the core team that has established profitable business operations with large Indian and multinational companies. He has held senior-level positions with Reliance Infocomm Ltd, Marconi Communications and Sprint RPG.
