Ditto Document Solutions Installs First Xerox iGen3 Digital Color Press in Pittsburgh
Ditto Document Solutions is growing its customer base and profits after recently installing four high-speed digital printing systems from Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX). The new products are Pittsburgh’s first Xerox iGen3â„¢ 110 Digital Production Press, two Xerox Nuveraâ„¢ 120 Digital Production Systems, and a Xerox Nuveraâ„¢ 120 Digital Copier/Printer.
The graphic communications company, serving many Fortune 500 companies in Pittsburgh, has offered digital color printing for almost five years but is experiencing high volume growth with the new systems. Ditto Document Solutions currently produces 500,000 pages a month on the iGen3 color press and expects volume to double over the next 12 months. The company is having similar success with its new black-and-white technology, producing close to 5 million pages each month on the three Xerox Nuvera systems.
“We are not selling print anymore. Our focus is to provide more value to our clients, boost their ROI, and meet the growing demands for personalization, short-runs and quick turnaround,” said Ken Shriber, co-founder, Ditto Document Solutions. “The Xerox digital systems are helping us bring in new customers and grow our business. We’re already planning to install a second iGen3 press and a fourth Xerox Nuvera system.”
