Mr. Ramanujam appointed as VP – Corporate Finance of California Software Company Ltd

Mr. Ramanujam is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with about 20 years of versatile experience in Corporate Finance, Legal and Secretarial matters.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Ramanujam, Age 49, was associated with a US based MNC, in the Software segment as their “CFO.” During the professional life spanning over 2 decades, Mr. Ramanujam has derived a good blend of expertise by working as Director Finance for a manufacturing group, Finance Officer for a leading PSU – Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., and in key finance roles for certain private limited corporate groups.
