WHO: Zachary Jean Paradis, a senior consultant and author focused on human-centered design, will represent Sapient, a marketing and technology consultancy, on the panel.

In his work at Sapient, Paradis applies his extensive experience in design, business, social sciences, and technology to help companies become successful innovators and utilize design as a strategic asset to create better products, a flexible process, and an open culture. His recently authored book, Naked Innovation, to be published in 2008, outlines an interdisciplinary theory and practice for people responsible for new product and service development.
