Chennai, 5th February 2008: BharatMatrimony.com, the flagship brand which operates through its 15 regional portals like hindimatrimony.com, tamilmatrimony.com etc, continues to be the undisputed leader in the matrimony space according to the latest global research reports.

According to the Comscore report, Bharatmatrimony has received 17 lakhs unique visitors in January 2008 which is equal to the sum of unique visitors received by all the national matrimony players during that period and also double of the nearest competitor.

The second and third players in the market had received 6.93 lakh and 8.71 lakh unique visitors during that period, as stated in the report.

Also the dominance of BharatMatrimony has been showcased in the latest India Online 2007 study by JuxtConsult. It shows that over 35.5% of online matrimony users prefer BharatMatrimony over the other sites.
