Freescale Semiconductor today announced that MontaVista Software, Inc., a leader in embedded Linux® technology commercialization, is the first global platinum sponsor of the 2008 Freescale Technology Forum (FTF), the developer event of the year for the embedded semiconductor industry.
MontaVista has consistently sponsored FTF events since the program began in 2005. The global platinum sponsorship enables Freescale and MontaVista to collaborate closely on these events for embedded developers throughout 2008 to deliver consistent, high-quality training for FTF attendees worldwide.
