Rob Atkinson Appointed Clear Channel Outdoor UK Managing Director

Clear Channel Outdoor UK has appointed Rob Atkinson to the position of UK Managing Director with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the UK’s leading outdoor advertising company. Reporting to Regional President for the UK, Ireland and North Africa, Barry Sayer, Rob will be responsible for driving the expansion of Clear Channel Outdoor in the UK and promoting greater synergy across all areas of the business.

Rob joined Clear Channel Outdoor in 2005 as Group Sales Director from the Mail on Sunday where he was Head of Trading, Newspapers. He joined Associated Newspapers in 1991 and was appointed Sales Controller, Newspapers, Mail on Sunday in 1999. Rob’s early career included three years as Sales Manager for Nowpoint Publishing before joining Express Newspapers in 1989 to work in regional sales.
