PGI’s Conferencing Solutions Connect NetSuite International Offices
Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE:PGI), a global provider of on-demand business process improvement solutions, today announced that NetSuite Inc. (NYSE:N), a vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites that provide Accounting / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ecommerce software for small and midsized businesses, has deployed its audio and Web conferencing solutions to NetSuite’s multiple locations around the world.
NetSuite enables its daily international sales and operational reviews with ReadyConference® GlobalMeet®, an enterprise-quality Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution. GlobalMeet allows global conferencing access via a local dial-in number instead of incurring long distance charges plus conferencing usage fees.
“International call quality has always been a challenge. Easy-to-use and convenient, GlobalMeet has improved our international conference calls because the clear audio enables participants to focus on the meeting at hand and not worry about bad connections,” said Maurice Smallwood, NetSuite VP of IT.
A valued customer since March 2005, NetSuite continues to embed Premiere Global’s communications-centric solutions into its daily business processes. NetSuite recently deployed Premiere Global’s training application, based on integrated audio and Web conferencing to record training sessions and push content to customers quickly in a live, on-demand format.
“Premiere Global’s Communication Operating System provides customers like NetSuite with on-demand solutions that improve the way they do business. Conferencing applications for sales, operations and training needs are merely a few of the hundreds of applications of our powerful communications technologies,” said Boland T. Jones, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Premiere Global Services, Inc.
