WinMagic to Demonstrate All-New Encryption Technology at RSA Conference

WinMagic’s in-booth demonstrations will include all-new SecureDoc disk encryption for the Mac and Linux platforms that does not require a Windows partition; its seamless support for Seagate’s Momentus 5400 FDE.2 drive; how to incorporate file and folder encryption as an extra security layer on top of full-disk encryption (for both network shared and file/folder encryption); how to benefit from new hosting services that provide the SecureDoc Enterprise Server as a SaaS; how to employ the embedded UPEK fingerprint reader with SecureDoc full-disk encryption at pre-boot for end user authentication; and how SecureDoc can now provide a Digital ID Management System to extend/embed signature and/or encryption functionality in all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

WinMagic’s in-booth theatre will also enable attendees to hear distinguished ex-Gartner analyst and founder of Securosis, Rich Mogull, review the major sources of data breaches, how encryption can limit data exposure, and the best practices for implementing data security. Additionally, Thi Nguyen-Huu, CEO of WinMagic Inc. will provide insight into WinMagic’s comprehensive SecureDoc suite of products, including its SaaS offering. Nguyen-Huu will also explain how SecureDoc makes it simple for organizations running multiple operating systems to manage multiple encryption schemas.
