Decoration 1.0 has been released.

Decoration is an image editor that can run online with the Java plug-in or offline.

Decoration applies series of filters to your set of images.

You have an extensive set of filters (more than 100) including color border, gradient border, shadow, mirror, blur, reduce noise, tint, mosaic, superpose text.

You can also use it to generate buttons.
