Dax Networks extends its hands-on technical training programme to 25 cities

…Initiates Sales Orientation Programme in these cities

Chennai, April 8, 2008: Dax Networks, one of the top 3 Networking companies in India, today announced the extension of its hands-on technical training programme on Routing, Cabling and Switching to 25 cities. This programme is targeted at technical support executives in user organizations, system integrators, OEMs and distributors, and will be coupled with a newly introduced Sales Orientation Programme.

Dax’s technical training programme has been running successfully every month for more than four years in Chennai-where Dax is headquartered. More than 1,500 engineers across India have been trained during this period. With regular periodicity, Dax has also conducted this programme in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.

This year, Dax’s technical training programme will have two modules:

• A two-day hands-on technical training programme
• A half-day sales orientation programme on Dax networking solutions

Dax training includes demonstration of various routing, cabling and switching technologies by experienced technical personnel, followed by practical exercises to be undertaken by the trainees. The training programme is conducted by qualified trainers from Dax’s Technical Support Team. A concept centre equipped with high-end routers & switches and advanced cabling technologies is set up at the venue for training, whereby trainees get hands-on exposure to these networking technologies. Trainees are given a book on networking technologies. At the end of the programme qualifying trainees are certified as Dax Certified Network Engineers (DCNE).
