Qwest Hosted Contact Center Solutions Put Cirro Energy Customers in Control

Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) today announced an exclusive 3-year agreement with Cirro Energy® to provide Qwest® Contact Center Solutions, giving Cirro Energy customers the ability to manage their accounts using self-service options. Dallas-based Cirro Energy is a leading independent retail electric provider that delivers superior customer service and substantial savings to business and residential customers throughout Texas.

With Qwest Hosted Contact Center solutions, Cirro Energy customers have access to Smart PaySM, a telephone account management system that allows them to make automated telephone payments at no charge without waiting on the phone for a live representative. The self-service tool accelerates response times for those who need additional assistance and allows Cirro Energy customers to better manage their accounts any time.
