Next-Generation Technology at Private Aviation Company A Perfect Fit for Bay Area High Flyers
Finally, Californians who fly privately have an alternative to the high cost of complete and fractional ownership. V1 Jets CEO Andrew Zarrow was in town last week for the opening ceremony of the company’s first West Coast office in San Francisco.
“We’re a charter broker with a completely innovative logistics platform,” said Zarrow. “Our proprietary software allows our clients access to the largest on-demand network of private aircraft in the industry, on a real-time basis. Because we can track empty legs, we reduce empty flight time. The end result is that we get the best plane at the best price.”
Clients who fly with V1 won’t have to worry about membership, acquisition, or maintenance fees: V1 clients pay as they go and only pay for the time they need. In addition, V1 has access to over 5,000 aircraft and airports around the world, so blackout dates aren’t a concern. “We are the company other jet providers come to when they need a supplemental lift,” Zarrow told us.
