Vana Blue, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VBLU), through its subsidiary TMS Corporation, has signed an exclusive agreement with Net Auction Plus (an alternative to eBay with lower fees and other eBay processes) to provide online, affordable, and flexible payment services. The start-up auction site has already over 200 power sellers from eBay committed to the new site when the site goes live in May. The fees generated by the new site should tremendously increase monthly revenue based on the business from the power sellers. Not only will the new site be using the smsComet payment system but the first 5,000 shoppers will be eligible to receive a free smsComet card.

The Company employs a scalable, transaction-based business model that is driven by its highly targeted customer base. The Company’s primary objective is to provide these consumers with a low cost, easy-to-use financial product that enables them to transact a wide array of business and banking transactions regardless of income level, credit history or family status. The Company is unique in its approach to this emerging marketplace as it has designed and will implement a multi-stage/multi-product suite of products and services that will cover the financial gamut within this demographic.

The Company has delineated the multi-tiered suite of products and services into 3 main divisions, all operating under the umbrella of TMS Corporation. These are: “The Compass Pre Paid Card”, “The SMS Comet Mobile Wallet/Card System”, and “The eWallet Plus On-line Payment Portal.”

Vana Blue’s TMS Corporation next innovative product is part of the next generation in Payment Systems: The Mobile Wallet/Payment technologies. TMS has continuously been ahead of the market in terms of technology and its applications. Being aware of some of these advances coming to market overseas, TMS looked at the vast landscape in the United Sates (as well as abroad) and took the lead on designing and developing one of the first (US based) Mobile Wallet/Payment Systems yet seen in the industry. TMS calls their system: “SMS Comet Value Card/Cell Phone Purchase and Funds Transfer System”.
