Website Source Hosting Sold By NCC

New Commerce Communications (NCC) today announced that Alentus Corporation (Pink Sheets:ALNS), has acquired Austin, Texas-based shared hosting company Website Source, Inc. and SpeedFox, Inc., a dedicated hosting company. Website Source and SpeedFox were represented by NCC in the sale.

“We completed the acquisition in what we consider a quick timeframe,” said William King, Alentus Corporation CEO. “This is due to the faith of our lenders and the detailed information NCC provides to firms such as ours.”

Tom Millitzer, President of NCC handled the sale for Website Source and SpeedFox. He noted that the acquisition immediately adds $2.6M in annual revenue to Alentus and an additional 14,000 clients.

NCC has completed over 200 assignments. The Company is currently representing Internet firms with annual revenues up to $10 million. These include Web Hosting, Data Centers and CLECs.
