Google Executive Joins Cheapflights’ Board

Liane Hornsey Appointed Non-Executive Director

Cheapflights Ltd. (”Cheapflights”), a leading UK and North American Internet media travel company, which pioneered online flight price search and comparison in 1996, today announced the appointment of Liane Hornsey to the Board as non-executive director effective May 1, 2008.

Hornsey will chair the Remuneration Committee of the Cheapflights Board. She has 20 years experience in sales, marketing and human resources and is currently Google’s director of people operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Hornsey’s past experience includes group HR director for Lastminute.com and NTL (now Virgin Media) and she has worked in a variety of roles at Bertelsman Music Group and British Telecom.
