Yahoo! Announces Date of 2008 Annual Meeting

Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO) today announced that its 2008 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on July 3, 2008.

Under Yahoo!’s amended and restated bylaws, notice of a stockholder’s nomination of persons for election to the Board of Directors of Yahoo! at the 2008 annual meeting must be received by the Corporate Secretary at the principal executive offices of the Company no later than the close of business on May 15, 2008.

A copy of Yahoo!’s amended and restated bylaws and the March 3, 2008 amendment to the bylaws is available at the Company’s Investor Relations website at yhoo.client.shareholder.com/documents.cfm.
