Two-day mega event raises the bar for property shows with transaction of property investment worth Rs.250 crores by NRIs

Chennai, 6th May 2008: The India Property Show 2008 in Dubai which was organized by IndiaProperty.com, India’s No 1 property portal, part of Consim Info Pvt. Ltd, saw stupendous success attracting property investment worth Rs.250 crores from NRI investors in Dubai. The exhibition that featured over 100 properties from all parts of India exceeded the expectations of the Indian builders and saw around 5000 serious customers who thronged the show.

The unprecedented customer turnout brought great cheer to the participating developers. An emphatic representative of DS Properties concurred, “Almost 99% turned to be positive buyers. I’m very happy to have participated in this exhibition – this is day two and we already have almost 30 bookings worth crores.”

Both Shriram Builders, Coimbatore and Vishaal Promoters were satisfied with the way customers turned out for the Show. “We’re especially happy with the quality of customers,” said a senior executive from Vishaal Promoters. “Yes, it’s definitely a good show,” opined the representative of Shriram Builders.

The fair which was amazingly driven with the participation of quality builders from Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin and other parts of India encouraged many Indian visitors to buy property easily from Dubai. There were also instances wherein properties were bought by customers who inspite of frequent visits to Kerala have been unable to buy an ideal property for them.

The exhibition also witnessed the launch of the property magazine titled India Property Times which will see a circulation of 50,000 copies in Dubai. The magazine acts as an update to all interested investors on the available properties in India.

This is IndiaProperty.com’s foray into exhibitions in the UAE to increase their market base in the international market.
