Broadcore Standardizes on Edgewater Networks’ EdgeMarc for SIP Trunking

The EdgeMarc Provides Networking and Security Features That Simplify the Delivery and Ongoing Management of Broadcore’s Business Quality SIP Trunking Services

The EdgeMarc will be used by Broadcore at the customer premises as a demarcation point for the SIP trunking service. It provides security, connectivity, bandwidth management, prioritization of voice over data, call admission control, passive call quality monitoring and VoIP signaling and packet capture. The EdgeMarc is also interoperable with leading PBX and phone system manufacturers and presents a consistent management interface to Broadcore regardless of the specific PBX in use. These functions combine to increase the reliability of the service offering, reduce costs and improve end-user satisfaction.
