The Boston Globe and The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts Join Together to Host Diversity Career Fair at Fenway Park

June 2 Event Designed to Deliver Exceptional Job Opportunities to Boston’s Diverse Professionals

Facing the challenge of creating a diverse workforce, local employers are looking for ways to reach diverse job seekers. To help meet this need, the Boston Globe and The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts are joining forces to host a Professional Diversity Career Fair at Fenway Park in Boston on Monday, June 2 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. More than half of Boston residents identify themselves as part of a diverse population and this fair benefits businesses looking to grow a diverse workforce and area professionals from all races, abilities, ages and walks of life looking for a new career opportunity.

Some of the companies that will be recruiting include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Children’s Hospital, Comcast, Eastern Bank, Harvard University, John Hancock, NStar, Ocean Spray, Starbucks, and the University of Massachusetts, among many others.
