Dexterity appoints Ex-Director, D&B, to drive its Analytics Practice

Dr. Jayendra Ramesan is an acclaimed expert in Marketing & Customer Analytics

Dexterity, a pioneer and leader in Marketing and Customer Informatics, has appointed Dr. Jayendra Ramesan as Practice Head – Analytics. Jayendra, Ex-Director, Sales and Marketing Analytics, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) – USA, brings with him over 15 years of experience in the global high-tech industry.

Speaking on Jayendra’s appointment, Anantha Krishnan, Chairman & CEO, Dexterity, said, “Jayendra’s appointment is an important milestone in the company’s strategy roadmap. Dexterity is now strongly focused on demand-side* business processes—a $32 billion market, and is on an aggressive growth path. With his rich experience in Marketing and Customer Analytics and related streams, Jayendra will play a critical role in developing Dexterity’s Analytics practice in line with the company’s business thrust.”

Jayendra’s expertise spans the areas of market analytics, market research, business intelligence, data modeling and integration, business modeling, data and analytics consulting and strategy. Prior to D&B, Jayendra has worked at leading companies like IBM, AT&T Labs, Bell Labs (Lucent), and Coopers & Lybrand. He has also headed his own venture in India offering services in the areas of CRM analytics, global leadership development and individual enablement. He has published and presented his work at various international conferences. Jayendra has completed his Ph.D in Business Administration (Marketing) from Florida Atlantic University, USA, and is a graduate of IIT, Madras and IIM, Ahmedabad.
