Infogain receives ISO 9001:2000 certification for all its centres

New Delhi, June, 2008, Infogain Corporation, a leading provider in CRM, ERP, Integration and Business Intelligence Solutions and Services, today announced its successful achievement of ISO 9001:2000 certification for all its India centers.

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) certifies that Infogain conforms to the Quality Management Standard in the Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Support & Maintenance of the Software Applications, Software Products & IT Enables Services. ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies. It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met. It is designed and intended to apply to virtually any product or service, made by any process anywhere in the world.
