Product Expands Agresso HR Capabilities with Appraisals, Course Administrations and Competence Management

Agresso, (www.agresso.com/USA), the ERP market’s definition of agility, has announced the general availability of Agresso Talent Management. This product addresses the needs of human resources (HR) directors and business managers to manage their workforce and meet ongoing skills demands in their organizations. With Agresso Talent Management, HR teams can maintain comprehensive employee coverage around skills, career objectives and ongoing training needs.

The Agresso Talent Management is launched as a BLINC ™ (Businesses Living in Change) Plug-in, add-on module to the Agresso Business World HR platform. The solution enriches the HR platform with capabilities to capture employee skills, assessment and performance review information on an individual, role or organizational level. This is particularly of value for those organizations that are under constant pressure to manage new employee candidates and search talent for open positions either internal due to organizational growth, or external in order to meet specific customer or situational requirements.

Agresso Talent Management software solution is offered on a subscription, SaaS (software as a service) basis and was acquired by Agresso when it bought Nextlearn in 2007. It is targeted at medium to large enterprises with distributed and global operations. With the Nextlearn acquisition, Agresso also acquired over 250,000 users in 140 countries, and 30 customers including Saab, ITT and Volvo.
