Security Provider Gives Free Email Continuity Services to Businesses Whose Email Systems Have Been Destroyed or Damaged by Storms in Midwest States

MX Logic, Inc. is offering two months of free email continuity service to businesses and organizations affected by the recent storms, flooding and tornadoes in several Midwest states. The MX Logic® Email Defense Service with Message Continuity allows businesses to redirect inbound and outbound email to MX Logic’s data centers, enabling them to access, read, and respond to emails while making any necessary repairs to internal email hardware and software systems. To activate the continuity service, businesses can contact 1-877-695-6442.

Affected businesses who contact MX Logic will receive step-by-step instructions for redirecting their email to the MX Logic service. In most cases, the service can be activated immediately. Once internal email systems recover, businesses can redirect email back to their own internal email systems and download all the email stored by MX Logic.

“Email is a critical application for most of today’s businesses, and losing it even for a short time can be devastating,” said Pete Khanna, executive vice president at MX Logic. “We simply want to help.”

The service is free for affected customers for up to 60 days, after which they can stop the service or choose to continue using the service at normal service prices. On a case-by-case basis, MX Logic will extend the free service period to businesses that need additional time or help.
