DMM is a tool that has been written for companies of all sorts to storing and retrieving documents. Specific features have been added in DMM to assist Contractor with the repetitive tasks of sending documents to clients.

Features:

Create list of Projects to store documents under including Company Name and Contact Information.

Add documents of various formats under a Project including Word, Excel, Drawings, PDF, HTTP (Web) Links, etc. Including Filter Capabilities by Document Types and Security Levels.

You can store documents under a Project # Hierarchy or anywhere on your network.

View Documents with a Web type browser or Edit/Print with the native document Editor.

Scan documents and store with different resolutions and formats including PDF, JPEG, TIF, BMP, and GIF.

There is a High Compression capability where you can store lots of documents and use minimal disk space.

Create Template Documents that can be copied over to the stored documents to a Project. The Template Documents also including a Data Seed System which will insert the company name and contact information in to the stored document.

Setup User with different Document Privileges.

Setup Document Type Filters.

Audit Trails on Projects and Documents.

Single User or Multiple Users on a network.
