Unify CEO Todd Wille Named Best Turnaround Executive by ABA

Wille Recognized as the Best Turnaround Executive in the U.S. at the 6th Annual American Business Stevie Awards

Unify Corp. (OTCBB:UFYC), a global provider of application modernization solutions, today announced that Todd Wille, Unify’s president and chief executive officer, was named the Best Turnaround Executive in America by the American Business Awards (ABA). The award was presented on June 12, 2008 at the ABA’s annual gala, which was held in New York City. The American Business Awards, also known as Stevie Awards, were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the efforts and accomplishments of business people throughout the world.

Wille was been nominated for the award because of the vision, drive and perseverance he demonstrated while returning Unify to profitability in 2007. Unify narrowly avoided bankruptcy five years ago when the company’s former CEO was indicted for securities fraud and insider trading.

More than 2,600 entries in more than 40 categories were submitted for consideration, including: Best Overall Company, Best Executive, Best New Product or Service, Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program, and new categories including Best Management Team and Best Corporate Environmental Responsibility Program.

“It is an honor to be recognized as the Best Turnaround Executive by the ABA,” said Wille. “I am proud of the progress we have made and feel privileged to have proven business leaders acknowledge our accomplishments with such an award. More than 600 executives from across the U.S. were in attendance. The ceremonies were hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network, and broadcast live via the Business Talk Radio Network.
