Blue Coat Systems Embarks on Better Together Road Show

Welcomes Packeteer Customers and Partners in 56 Cities Worldwide

Mumbai, June 23, 2008 – Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCSI), the leader in WAN Application Delivery and Secure Web Gateway, today announced its planned 56 city “Better Together” Road Show, where customers and partners worldwide will be introduced to the company’s new market vision and plans for the future following its recent acquisition of Packeteer, Inc.

Beginning June 18, 2008, Blue Coat’s senior executives, including president and chief executive officer, Brian NeSmith, senior vice president of worldwide sales, Kevin Biggs, and vice president, sales for Asia-Pacific, Matthew Young have been hosting a series of half-day events where Blue Coat and Packeteer customers and partners gather to learn about the acquisition and its impact on the company going forward. Attendees will be able to meet one-on-one with executives and solutions experts who will address questions on product integration and channel partner program improvements, as well as provide their insights on the company’s future investment in the PacketShaper® product line and technology. Over the span of three and a half weeks, Blue Coat’s “Better Together” Road Show will tour the globe, holding events in 22 Asian cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Sydney, and also other major cities including, Boston, London, Dubai, New Delhi and Auckland.
